She has over 15 years of experience leading linguistic projects across multiple industries, including legal, mining, energy, and oil & gas, as well as various corporate sectors in Ecuador, Latin America, and the United States.
Her passion for language and education led her to create Hayes Multilingual, with the vision of delivering a service that combines technical rigor, human empathy, and strategic solutions.
Hayes Multilingual was founded with a clear mission: to help professionals and companies eliminate language barriers. With more than 15 years of experience in translation, interpretation, and executive English training, we have supported lawyers, universities, embassies, startups, and corporations in growing within their fields.
Alongside Heather, a team of specialized translators, interpreters, and trainers supports each client throughout their projects. With more than 40 professionals across 15 countries, we work with a single purpose: to communicate without barriers.
